Are your Fat-cookies made fresh?
Absolutely! All our Fat-Cookies are baked to order on the day of shipment. If you could give us at least 24 hours' notice, you're a legend!.
For Iced Cookies order: we kindly request a min of 3 days notice. This allows our team to craft each cookie with the utmost care, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in their full frosted glory.
What are your baking days?
We bake and dispatch our cookies orders on Mon-Thurs only (exclude public holiday)
Sudden cookie cravings hitting you? No worries! Place your order before 10 am (Mon-Thurs), and we'll swiftly process it and ship it the same day.
What is your delivery timeframe?
We deliver across New Zealand using NZpost overnight courier. You'll receive tracking information that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery, ensuring you're always in the loop.
Note: Ordering during public holiday: you can still place your orders online. However, please be aware that order processing and dispatch may experience a slight delay.

How much is the delivery cost?
Nationwide Overnight Delivery: $8.00.
Important note: Delivery is NOT available to: Rural Addresses / P.O Boxes / Private Bags.
Why Delivery Only?
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer a pick-up option due to the absence of a physical storefront.
What if I want to cancel or make changes?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Iced Cookies: Order cancellations or modifications can be made 2 days before the scheduled delivery. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply after this window.
Fat-Cookies: To request a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@dearfatpony.com or text to 021473492. We will do our best to cancel/change your order before we sent it out.
How should I store your cookies?
To maintain their freshness, store our cookies in its packaging or in airtight container at room temperature. You can also freeze them if you'd like to enjoy them later.
Can I place a custom order for a special occasion?
